Delivery
We deliver in Belgium.

The tracking number arrives by email when the parcel ships.
Packing and shipping
Orders are packed and shipped from Brussels.
Payment
You pay online when you order. Payment goes through our payment provider: Braza does not see or store your card details.
Prices include VAT (6%). The invoice is attached to the confirmation email.
Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw from your purchase.
Damaged parcel or wrong order: write to us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo.

Close the bag well after each opening and keep it dry, away from light and heat. Whole beans keep their aroma longer than ground coffee: grind just before brewing if you can.
